The interior of the restaurant is not air-conditioned by ordinary air conditioners, but by an outside air-exchange type chiller/heater, and the forced exhaust from the smokeless roaster provides a very well ventilated restaurant environment even without opening the windows.
This makes it possible for large groups of people to enjoy a farewell party, welcome party, etc. without worrying about smoke.
